Ground-breaking pink art brings a unique personal touch to Breast Cancer Awareness month in October.
The creative inspiration for this year’s Peninsula in Pink campaign comes from China. Marking its sixth anniversary in 2016, the annual initiative adopts the Art of Pink theme in collaboration with Chen Man, China’s most celebrated avant-garde photographer and multimedia artist.
Each hotel presents “Nao Nao” (挠挠), an exclusive art piece infused by Chen Man’s inventive photography style. The vibrant yet intimate photographs are imbued with a subtle feminine theme and guests can interact with each one to open a personal dialogue about breast cancer awareness.
After the Art of Pink exhibitions, Chen Man’s pink masterpieces will be auctioned and the proceeds donated to each hotel’s breast cancer charity partner.
