Ms. Zec has been the General Manager of The Peninsula Chicago since 2002, shortly after the opening of the property. In May 2007, she was promoted to Regional Vice President of The Peninsula Hotels, USA East Coast. In her role, she oversees hotel operations for the Peninsula hotels in Chicago and New York.

Mr. Prioult began working at The Peninsula Tokyo as Executive Assistant Manager of Rooms in 2012 before joining The Peninsula Chicago team in April 2016. He has more than a decade of luxury hotel experience in Asia and North America.

Amanda Perlyn Jackson was appointed Regional Director of Marketing effective May 2, 2016. She brought with her over twelve years of global integrated marketing experience with a focus on strategy, driven by consumer insight. Prior to joining The Peninsula Chicago, she was most recently with Hyatt Hotels Corporation for the past eight years. Most recently, she held the position of Senior Brand Manager, overseeing a portfolio of 37 Park Hyatt Hotels worldwide.

Ms. Ellefson joined The Peninsula Chicago in December 2003. She has over 25 years of experience in hotel public relations and is an active member in various organisations including the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association.

- Mr. Pageaud joined The Peninsula Chicago as Director of Food and Beverage in May 2016. He previously served as Director of Food and Beverage at Fairmont Hotels in San Jose and San Francisco, and at their Scottsdale location as Director of Restaurants. He has more than 20 years of luxury dining experience in United States and France.

Mr. Hyder was appointed Director of Catering and Conference Services at The Peninsula Chicago in 2000. He has 25 years experience in hotel catering, sales and marketing, human resources, management training and event organisation.
Ms. Jennifer ClarkeThe Peninsula ChicagoAssociate Director of Weddings
With 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Ms. Clarke joined The Peninsula Chicago in 2003 as Executive Meeting Manager before being promoted to Associate Director of Weddings. She coordinates all of the weddings at the hotel, along with showers, birthday celebrations, bar and bat mitzvahs and anniversary parties.

Mr. LeDoux joined The Peninsula Chicago as Director of Rooms most recently from The Peninsula New York where he served as Director of Front Office. Previously, Mr. LeDoux held various Rooms Division positions at The Mandarin Oriental New York and various Ritz Carlton properties.

Ms. Cole joined The Peninsula Chicago in 2006 as Front Service Agent. Since then she has held positions as Front Desk Agent, Supervisor and in 2012, she was promoted to Guest Relations Manager. She has worked in the hospitality industry for over 14 years.

Ms. Jankowiak began her career with The Peninsula Chicago in March 2005. She has worked for various departments in the hotel including Food and Beverage and Front Office. In 2015 she was promoted to Spa Manager. She has worked in the Hospitality Industry for over 15 years.

Armed with 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Ms Bamonti joined The Peninsula Chicago in 2011 and was promoted to Concierge Supervisor. Ms. Bamonti is your official guide to Chicago – be it a dinner reservation at the city’s most talked-about restaurant, babysitting so you can enjoy a night on the town with your significant other, or obtaining tickets to a show, there is no request too big or small for this hostess with the mostest.

- Chef Fernandez, Executive Chef, joined The Peninsula in June 2015. Chef Fernandez began his career in Barcelona, Spain at the Hotel Arts Barcelona before he taking his talents to the United States. Before joining The Peninsula, he worked at the Ritz-Carlton Company at their Laguna Niguel, Battery Park, Dove Mountain and Pentagon City locations.
