In May 2007, she was promoted to Regional Vice President of The Peninsula Hotels, USA East Coast. In her role, she oversees hotel operations for the Peninsula hotels in Chicago and New York.

Mr. Hyder was appointed Director of Catering and Conference Services at The Peninsula Chicago in 2000. He has 25 years experience in hotel catering, sales and marketing, human resources, management training and event organisation.

With 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Ms. Clarke joined The Peninsula Chicago in 2003 as Executive Meeting Manager before being promoted to Associate Director of Weddings. She coordinates all of the weddings at the hotel, along with showers, birthday celebrations, bar and bat mitzvahs and anniversary parties.
