For Basque bites in a very industri-cool setting saunter over to Gold Coast gem Salero. Since opening last year, this flavour-packing funkster has been winning over crowds and critics alike with its punchy pintxos, succulent chorizo-stuffed quail and star anise-spiked G&T.
