Vintage-Inspired Arm Candy

February 27, 2014
Adirek by the Sleeveless Garden

No doubt you’ll remember the first time you happened upon chic Thai bag brand The Sleeveless Garden – if not for its smart vintage-inspired designs, then surely for its quirky, catchy moniker, which has quickly found its way onto the lips of in-the-know Bangkok accessory mavens. If you’ve not yet had the pleasure of this discovery, now’s your big chance, with the latest addition to the family fold – Adirek by The Sleeveless Garden – having recently opened in the ultra-happening environs of Soi 11’s Siam Square.

In a diminutive but sleek space of black and white flooring, marble shelving and hanging ‘stage’ down lighting, Adirek packs in a cool edit of TSG handbags and totes including the new ‘Marble Wonderer’ range, tan and chocolate ‘Canaly’ carry-alls, softly-hued ‘Trifold’ purses, and classics like the ‘Old School’ satchel in myriad earthy tones. Sitting pretty alongside the arm candy is a supporting roster of accessories like Samode woven and printed scarves, Daniel Wellington’s preppy timepieces, medieval-inspired sterling silver jewellery by PAKIN, plus Japanese-imported watches like the Rick Watanabe by Japanese brand ALBA, and the special 12th anniversary Bohla design. Sleeves up (or off) and dive in!
