Scheduling and Appointments Information
To schedule an appointment for the perfect treatment for you, please speak with our specialist Spa reception team, who will guide you to the right choice. From outside the hotel please call (03) 6270 2299
A 50% cancellation charge will be incurred for any treatment or Spa program are not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to appointment. Cancellation within 12 hours before an appointment will incur a 100% charge.
Health Conditions
Kindly advise us, when making your Spa reservation, of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your service.
We have specially designed treatments for expectant women and nursing mothers. Please allow our Spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time
Arrival Time
You are encouraged to arrive 60 minutes prior to your appointment in order to change clothing, relax and enjoy The Spa. Please be advised that late arrival will result in a reduction of treatment time.
We would like to invite hotel guests to arrive at The Spa wearing the robe and slippers provided for them in their hotel room, and would advise that valuables are left in the hotel guestroom safe.
During Your Spa Visit
Ambiance
Our Spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all Spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. In light of this, the Spa is a mobile phone-, Blackberry-, pager-and smoke free-zone.
Facilities and Amenities
The Spa will provide towels, slippers, shower caps and all amenities required for use during your visit.
Age Requirement
The minimum age of 16 is required for access and treatments in The Peninsula Spa.
