The Peninsula Hotels redefines the art of meeting planning with the new “The Art of the Meeting” offer. A selection of three out of 10 attractive options plus the team of professional meeting planners at The Peninsula Tokyo guarantee that every event – from crucial executive meetings, large international conferences or small seminars or gatherings – is a resounding success, thereby allowing guests to focus on the bigger picture and the business at hand.
From 1 April 2013 to 31 December 2013, planning meetings at The Peninsula Tokyo is made even easier with a special offer purposefully designed to cater to every requirement, including the choice of three enticing selections from a list of 10 attractive options:
- 5% credit on the master meeting package account (only applicable on settlement of Meeting package rate, excluding tax and service charge)
- USD 50 (equivalent to JPY 4,000) spa credit for each attendee (not applicable on discounted treatments, manicures, pedicurues, spa products or merchandise)
- One complimentary roundtrip airport transfer for VIP
- One complimentary guestroom per every 20 paying rooms materialized, up to a maximum of 2 complimentary rooms per group.
- One complimentary room upgrade per every10 paying rooms
- One complimentary stay for meeting executives (up to 2 room nights) with 3 months validity (Advance reservation is required and subject to availablity)
- One welcome tea or coffee with pastries upon arrival on meeting day
- 10% off on group banquet dinner (once per stay during the meeting duration. Discount cannot be combined with other discount privilege.)
- 10% off audio/visual rental equipment
- One complimentary room drop per group stay
Terms and Conditions:
- The benefits are subject to availability and the package is valid from 1 April 2013 to 31 December 2013.
- Black-out dates are 24 and 25 December, and from 28 to 31 December 2013.
- Applicable on MICE movements with meeting facilities consumption, based on a minimum of 50 paying rooms with one meeting, one lunch or dinner event per group, per stay.
- Choices of benefits are subject to availability at the time of group confirmation.
- Applicable for new bookings only.
- The spa credit is not applicable towards manicures, pedicures, weekday price treatments, promotion prices and merchandise.
- Rates are subject to 10% service charge, 5% national consumption tax and JPY 200 Tokyo accommodation tax per person, per night.
- This offer cannot be used with any other promotions.
- In case of any dispute, the hotel reserves the right to make the final decision.
