• Hotel reserves the right to offer an alternative value-added benefit should the requested one not be available.
• All value-added benefits are once per room per stay, subject to availability, and must be confirmed directly with the hotel. Some restrictions on usage may apply.
• Unused value-added benefits are not refundable nor redeemable in part or full for cash and cannot be used for future visits.
• When selecting the triple occupancy benefit for the Winter Escapes package, a complimentary roll-away bed will be provided.
• Breakfast is not valid through Room Service with the Winter Escapes package.
• The complimentary second night stay under the Suite Life promotion is offered in the form of charging a pro-rated rate on each of the two nights’ stay.
• The pro-rated nightly rate is calculated by splitting the Suite Life rate for the first night equally between the two nights.
• Room rates are quoted on a per room per night basis, and are valid for single or double occupancy only.
• Room rates are subject to 15.5% service charges and government tax per room per night and JPY 200 Tokyo Accommodation Tax per person per night.
• Room availability and rate may be subject to change if amendments are made to a confirmed booking.

• The check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time 12:00 noon.
