The Fitness Centre has the latest Life Fitness gym equipment, with comprehensive free weights, treadmills, cardiovascular equipment and fit balls. All machines have built-in TV and audio visual facilities. Personal trainers give advice at individual sessions by appointment. Male and female changing and shower facilities are available.
