Dim Sum courses run the gamut from humble street eats to traditional holiday treats, plus Bakery, Indian, Italian and Thai courses are also regularly scheduled on the weekly calendar.

For an even deeper understanding of this ancient and ultra-varied cuisine, special cooking events such as market tours and dining with the chef can be booked separately or in conjunction with other courses.
