Chef To’s sensational crab creations will include steamed xiao long bao
with hairy crab meat, baked hairy crab shell stuffed with crab meat, pumpkin and bamboo fungus, and sautéed prawns on a bed of hairy crab custard.
The six-course hairy crab seasonal lunch is priced at RMB 248* and eight-course dinner menus are RMB 680* and RMB 1,080*
