The Peninsula Manila Spa asks you to arrive 30 minutes before your treatment to shower, change and relax. Please notify our staff of any medical conditions, and thank you for switching off your cellphone while it is in your locker during workout, pool and treatment time. This allows everyone peaceful enjoyment of the facilities
Scheduling an Appointment
To ensure your preferred time and service is available, we recommend advanced booking.
Our specialist Spa reception team are available to guide and assist you to select the most suitable treatment.
As an alternative to selecting specific treatments, we would encourage you to reserve an appointment for Treatment Time and allow your therapist to work on your individual and specific needs that day.
The minimum age of 18 is required for access to the Spa and for treatments.
Health Conditions
Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries, which could affect your treatment when making your Spa reservation
Arrival Time
You are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment to change, relax and enjoy the exclusive facilities at The Spa. Please understand that late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time.
Pre-arrival Preparation
We would like to invite hotel guests to arrive at The Spa wearing the robe and slippers provided in the guest room, and would advise that valuables are left in the in-room safe.
The Spa will provide towels, slippers, shower caps and all amenities required for use during your visit.
During Your Spa Visit
Our Spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Please respect all Spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. In light of this, the Spa is a mobile phone-, pager- and smoke-free zone.
All treatments include use of the Relaxation Areas.
