  • Ms. Sonja Vodusek-Vecchio
    General Manager
    Sonja Vodusek-Vecchio is the General Manager of The Peninsula Manila. An Australian national, she brings to her position 16 years of luxury hospitality experience with Four Seasons in Prague, Washington DC, Houston, Tokyo, Dublin and Sydney. She earned her Diploma in Hotel Management at The Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School. Prior to joining The Peninsula Manila, she worked as the Hotel Manager of The Peninsula New York.
  • Mr Oliver Dudler
    Hotel Manager
    A Swiss national, Dudler started his career with The Peninsula Hotels when he joined The Repulse Bay in 1995 before relocating to New York as Executive Chef in 1999. In 2003, he moved to The Peninsula Chicago where he was Executive Assistant Manager – Food and Beverage before moving to China to become Resident Manager at The Peninsula Beijing in 2008. He brings to The Peninsula Manila his strong awareness of both Asian and Western cultures.
  • Mr Gerhard Doll
    Executive Assistant Manager - Food and Beverage
    Gerhard Doll is the Executive Assistant Manager - Food and Beverage of The Peninsula Manila. Doll is a German national and has been a Chef in other hotel groups prior to joining The Peninsula Hotels in 1998 as Executive Sous Chef in The Peninsula Bangkok. He had a short hiatus from the group until he returned in 2001 as Executive Chef of The Peninsula Chicago. He moved to The Peninsula Manila in 2003 in the same capacity until 2007 and then joined the opening team of The Peninsula Tokyo. Before returning to Manila, he was the Director of Operations of The Peninsula Shanghai.
  • Ms Cristina O Cruz
    Director of Marketing
    Cristina O Cruz is the Director of Marketing of The Peninsula Manila and is responsible for multiple functions of the sales and marketing division, including strategy and solutions. She also oversees corporate marketing and leisure marketing initiatives and reservations revenue management. Cruz has 20 years of hotel sales and marketing experience, and is a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas with a degree in Communication Arts.
  • Ms Jill De Villa
    Director of Sales
    Jill de Villa is the Director of Sales of The Peninsula Manila and is responsible for coordinating all booking initiatives and accounting for hotel room revenues. De Villa has more than 15 years of experience working in the hotel sales industry and is a graduate of Assumption College, BS in Commerce, Major in International Business.
  • Mr Mariano Garchitorena
    Director of Public Relations
    Mariano B Garchitorena is the Director of Public Relations of The Peninsula Manila. A journalist by training, he is responsible for the development and implementation of annual comprehensive public relations and marketing plans that generate positive media coverage, heighten market presence, increase market share and ultimately produce increased revenues and profitability. Garchitorena holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of the Philippines.
  • Ms Stephanie Chong
    Director of Events Management  
    Stephanie Chong is the Director of Events Management of The Peninsula Manila. She is responsible for maximizing catering revenues which include events organization, banquet food, banquet beverage, facility and equipment rental. Chong has more than a decade of experience working with the hotel. She is a Business Management graduate of University of Asia and the Pacific.

    Executive Chef 
    Patrick Boucher is the Executive Chef of The Peninsula Manila. Canadian-born, he brings with him a wealth of experience gained from top dining establishments in the Middle East, Asia and North America. His foremost goal while heading up the kitchens at The Peninsula Manila is to promote and distinguish the individual restaurants, letting them emerge as culinary destinations for hotel guests and locals alike.
