Begin with a Peninsula Tea Ceremony, an in-depth consultation and a fresh ginger foot buff to promote spiritual grounding. A Salt and Oil Body Scrub follows, before warm oils are poured onto the body and hot volcanic basalt lava stones are used for intensive massage. Jade stones massaged on the forehead and scalp refresh the skin and restore tonicity. Herbal concentrates blended with heated body masks of oshadi clay, marine algae or mud are smoothed on, and the body cocooned in natural linens. Acupressure facial massage helps revitalise the skin, and ultimate peace of mind is achieved with a luxurious Oriental head massage.

Peninsula-exclusive ceremony to awaken mind and body. 
A refreshing foot bath helps to unwind, before a conditioning salt body exfoliation. Warmed fragrant oils and massage soothe the body. Finally, a detoxifying hand, foot and scalp mask – with seaweed extracts, lemongrass and peppermint – is applied while a head massage clears the mind.

Freedom of Life – Oriental Life Dance
Therapeutic massage with free-flowing techniques to release tension in muscles and joints. 
The skin-softening body scrub and facial cleanse are followed by body rocking and rotational movements with hot stones and warm body oils to de-stress and calm. A deeply relaxing Oriental head massage leads into body stretching and rebalancing.

Chakra Balancing with Volcanic Stones
A perfect treatment to relieve deep- seated tension and muscular stress.  
Skin brushing, exfoliation and a facial cleanse begin the treatment. The body is massaged with blended aromatherapy oils and Ayurvedic infusions, with the use of hot stones to release tension, working on the vital energy points and chakras. This treatment ends with a soothing head massage to relieve stress from mind and body.


Simple Peninsula Foot Treatment

A unique solution to relieve tired and aching feet. 
The feet and legs are bathed and exfoliated using stimulating marine salts to hydrate and rebalance. The use of iced and heated compresses helps to reduce the build up of lymphatic fluid that can result in swollen feet and ankles. A therapeutic massage is followed by a detoxifying algae mask to aid in the elimination of toxins.

A truly personalised experience, each treatment is created to meet the specific needs of the moment. A tridoshic herbal tea infusion and foot cleansing ritual begin the journey.

Purva Karma Four Hand Synchronised Massage

Ideal for those who find it difficult to unwind. 
To begin, one therapist carries out the foot ritual, body exfoliation and facial cleanse. Two therapists then connect to commence the four-handed, tension-releasing body massage. Featuring stretching, rolling and long deep strokes, this treatment also features the pouring of warm oil and the use of hot stones, finishing with a head massage for total relaxation.

Ama Releasing Abhyanga

Ideal for those experiencing high levels of stress or poor sleep patterns. 
The body is exfoliated with a salt and oil body scrub before a gentle facial cleanse. After showering, the Ayurvedic marma-point massage uses a warm infusion of oils and herbs to release tension and restore vitality. This ritual concludes with a Shirobhyanga (head massage) or Shirodhara (oil pouring to the third eye through the scalp).

Pitta Pacifier

In a state of high Pitta, stressed minds and bodies may be overactive and agitated. This treatment calms the mind, reduces muscular tension and cools and soothes the skin.

Kapha Stimulator

In a state of Kapha the skin may be dull or oily; there is a tendency to puffiness and weight gain and negative reaction to humidity. Balance is restored through purification and stimulation to energise the mind and body.

Vata Comforter

Dry skin, anxiety, hyper-activity and poor circulation are present when Vata is out of balance. The warmth, nourishment, hydration and comfort of this treatment restores balance.



Speciality Treatments
These speciality treatments have been designed with specific targets in mind. Pre- and Post-Natal treatment is a luxury indulgence to aid in relaxation during this special time. To address areas of concern are the Anti-Cellulite Hip and Thigh and Deep Cleansing Back Massage.

Pre- and Post- Natal Treatment
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes / Price: HK$1,410*
Designed for pregnant ladies and nursing mothers to help improve tonicity of the skin. calendula oil and advanced massage techniques are used on safe areas. The body is gently exfoliated and receives a tension-relieving massage, followed by a warm application of Deeply Nourishing Body Mask. The body is gently covered in warm linens while a relaxing scalp massage takes place.

Anti-Cellulite Hip and Thigh
Duration: 60 minutes / Price: HK$990*
Targeting areas prone to cellulite, fluid retention and uneven skin texture, an exfoliation with a special blend of seaweed, salt and oil is performed, followed by the toning effects of iced mitts. A brisk detoxifying massage stimulates the circulation and lymphatic system. Reflex zones and pressure points on the feet are activated to leave you feeling revitalised. A course of treatments is recommended to maximise the effects.

Deep Cleansing Back Massage
Duration: 60 minutes / Price: HK$990*
Suitable for muscular tension and problematic skin on the back, neck or shoulders. The back is deep cleansed, body brushed and exfoliated to help stimulate circulation and cell renewal, then calmed and relaxed with an Aromatherapy Massage and marine mud mask. Lower legs and feet receive a deeply relaxing massage while the mask takes effect.
