Executive Pastry Chef Ludovic Douteau’s cake trolley at the new Verandah Cafe is simply irresistible. His freshly baked delights range from tempting cupcakes, giant macaroons, vanilla mille feuilles and seasonal fruit tarts, to moreish lemon and chocolate cake, chestnut and blueberry Mont Blanc and New York cheesecake.
