Spring Moon  is determined to bring Cantonese fine-dining to a striking new level. Set in the ornate 1920’s Shanghai style private room, the Spring Moon Grand Gala Dinner features premium ingredients that can be enjoyed by special advance order only. Personally created by Chef Frankie Tang, Executive Chef of Spring Moon, the eight-course menu includes the finest seasonal ingredients and is second-to-none for hosting special clients and guests. The menu is priced at HK$ 4,000* per person, with a minimum seating of 6 and a maximum of 12. Wine-pairing is available on request and a 10-day advance reservation is required.
