The Peninsula Academy Cooking Classes for adults continue apace in 2012. Taught in English, each class costs HK$ 1,280 per person, and includes breakfast, lunch and a gift.
 
• “Beverage and Food Academy” by Executive Sous-Chef, Wan Kwok Chung, from 18 to 21 April

• “Parties at Home” by Chef de Cuisine – Chesa and The Verandah, Lo Wing Keung, from 16 to 19 May

• “Breakfast Pastries and Breads” by Executive Pastry Chef, Ludovic Douteau, from 13 to 16 June

For youngsters, The Peninsula Kids’ Academy A La Carte Programme Cooking Classes are on 12 May and 9 June. “Summer Salads” and “Happy Father’s Day” classes are for children between the ages of 6 to 12, and are held from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, including a light breakfast and a souvenir. Each class is priced at HK$ 680 per child.
