  • Ms Rainy Chan
    General Manager
    Ms. Chan has been General Manager of The Peninsula Hong Kong since 2007. She joined The Peninsula Hotels in 1994, and has held various senior management positions at the company’s properties in Hong Kong, Chicago, New York and Bangkok.
  • Mr Joseph Sampermans
    Hotel Manager
    Bringing with him a wealth of experience from the luxury hotel industry, Mr Sampermans began his career with The Peninsula Hotels in 2004 at The Peninsula Bangkok as Director of Food and Beverage. He later relocated to Japan and was promoted to Resident Manager of The Peninsula Tokyo in 2008, before being appointed Hotel Manager of The Peninsula Hong Kong in 2010.
  • Ms Alice Chan
    Guest Relations Director
    Ms. Chan joined The Peninsula Hong Kong in 1995 as a Front Desk Agent, and continued to grow her career, holding the post of Front Office Manager in 2002, before being appointed to Director of Guest Relations in 2005.
  • Ms Echo Zhu
    Chief Concierge
    Ms. Zhu joined The Peninsula Beijing’s Concierge team in 1995, and was holding the post of Chief Concierge when she departed the hotel in 2007. After attaining her Masters of Business Administration in 2008, she was appointed Chef Concierge at The Peninsula Hong Kong in the same year.
  • Mr Kevin Tsang
    Director of Food and Beverage
    Having worked at The Peninsula Hong Kong since 1991, Kevin Tsang was appointed Director of Food and Beverage at the hotel in 2010. He was transferred to The Peninsula Bangkok in the same capacity before returning to the group's flagship hotel.
  • Mr Florian Trento
    Executive Chef
    Mr. Trento has been with The Peninsula Hong Kong since 1987, and has been Executive Chef since 1991. A Swiss national, he completed his training and apprenticeship in Switzerland, and currently oversees eight restaurants and a brigade of 135 chefs.
  • Ms Vindy Lui
    Director of Catering
    Ms. Lui joined The Peninsula Hong Kong in 2000 as a Catering Executive, and continues to grow and develop her career. She was appointed Catering Manager in 2007, and now leads the team, assisting guests with weddings, parties, meetings and more.
  • Ms Sherona Lau
    Director of Marketing
    A native of Hong Kong, Ms Sherona Lau returns to The Peninsula Hotels following senior hospitality marketing roles in China and Hong Kong. Ms Lau previously enjoyed an eight year tenure in various Sales and Marketing posts, both at the regional office and The Peninsula Bangkok. She brings a wealth of international sales and marketing expertise to The Peninsula Hong Kong, in addition to seasoned know-how in the resort, luxury, and business segments.
  • Ms Charis Yim
    Director of Sales
    Ms. Yim joined The Peninsula Hong Kong in 2002 as a Sales Manager, after having been in the hotel industry since 1995. In 2007, she was appointed Director of Sales, after appointment as Associate Director of Sales and Assistant Director of Sales.
  • Mr Fuji Yamase
    Director of Sales - Japan
    Mr. Yamase began his hospitality career in 1990, and has previously held positions in Hong Kong, Osaka and Kyoto. He was appointed Director of Sales – Japan at The Peninsula Hong Kong in 2007.
  • Ms Olivia Toth
    Director of Public Relations
    Ms Toth joined The Peninsula Hong Kong in 2011 with a proven track record in luxury hotel communications. She located to Hong Kong in 1999, pursuing a career in print publishing and holding key senior editorial roles within the luxury lifestyle media prior to her move into hotel public relations.
  • Ms Susanna Yau
    Director of Human Resources
    Ms. Yau joined The Peninsula Hotels in 1999, taking up the position of Director of Human Resources at The Peninsula Beijing. She was appointed to her current post in 2002, and oversees nearly 900 staff at The Peninsula Hong Kong.
