Complimentary fitness classes and personal training sessions are popular among members. Each week, over 30 complimentary fitness classes are offered in both the yoga studio and swimming pool and include a variety of different classes including Yoga and Pilates, Aqua Pilates, Circuit and Strength Training and Bosu Blast. Personal Training is also available for Pilates Mat, Strength Training, Swimming and Yoga.

Aqua Aerobics
  Burn calories and sculpt strong lean muscles during this cardiovascular workout done in the water.

Aqua Pilates  A class set in the healing environment of water designed to use the water’s natural resistance to increase the body’s range of motion while stabilizing the core muscles.

Boot Camp  This total body workout incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, power, strength and quickness. Boot Camp works you out from head to toe so you’ll be ready for anything life brings!

Cardio Strength  Combine two great workouts for quicker results. A high energy fat- burning cardio workout followed by full body resistance training to create long, lean muscles.

Cardio Tone  Targets the main components of fitness using a combination of dance-based steps addressing muscle strength, endurance and flexibility.

Core Strength  Achieve abdominal definition, core strength and stability.

Functional Strength  Challenge the entire body with the use of dumbbells, bands, Bosu and stability balls to strengthen and sculpt all muscle groups

Pilates Mat  Based on the work of Joseph Pilates, this class focuses on strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. 

Pilates with Props   This class utilizes small equipment to modify the regular Pilates Mat workout and challenge coordination, strength and stability. Each week will feature a variety of exercise equipment; from bands, foam rollers, small flex balls and dumbbells to Pilates circles and Bosus.

Power Yoga  A dynamically physical and energizing form of yoga, linking one movement to the next.

Strength Training  Create more muscle tone and challenge your overall strength through the use of various equipment pieces for an ultimate full body workout.

Stretch  Increase flexibility and reduce risk of injury using foam rollers, straps and/or the stability ball.

Sunrise Yoga  Create positive energy to start your day through flowing sequences that are linked to the breath to improve strength, flexibility and body awareness.

Vinyasa Yoga  A guided series of uninterrupted postures emphasizing the unity of breath and movement; awakening the body and quieting the mind.

Yoga Fusion  A sequenced flow style incorporating the fundamentals of Yoga and Pilates, focusing on core strength, joint stabilization, balance and breathing.
