Originating at The Peninsula Hong Kong in 1997, The Peninsula Academy Programme gives guests an insight into each Peninsula city’s culture. The Peninsula Academy at The Peninsula Chicago offers a series of diverse activities, ranging from a private cooking class with an award-winning Peninsula chef to a Chinese tea ceremony, from a customized shopping programme or a behind-the-scenes experience at the exclusive design centre at The Merchandise Mart to a programme on ‘How to Host a Fabulous Event.’ There are even programmes for children with The Peninsula Kids’ Academy.
