Gregory Hyder, Chicago’s five-star party guru and Director of Catering for The Peninsula Chicago, will take guests through each of the steps on how to plan a magnificent event from concept to the big day. From sending out invitations, planning the menu, creating the perfect ambiance for every occasion, arranging floor plans and table seating, selecting and pairing wines, choosing seasonal themes and color schemes to budgeting and establishing timelines, participants will be ready to host their own ultimate soirée and enjoy afternoon tea during the two-hour session.

Price: US$ 200 per person, minimum of 6 participants
