Western Wedding

6 - 12 months before the wedding
  • Select a wedding date 
  • Book a ceremony location 
  • Decide on banqueting style, venue and time; make reservation for the hotel venue of your choice 
  • Send out “Save the date” card
4 - 5 months before the wedding
  • Order invitations
  • Shop for wedding gown
  • Select a florist
2 - 3 months before the wedding
  • Choose a photographer, videographer, band and / or DJ
  • Decide on wedding menu
  • Decide on make-up and hair stylist for the wedding day
1 month before the wedding
  • Prepare final list of guests and party attendants
  • Seating arrangement for the wedding day
  • Send out wedding invitations
  • Final fitting for wedding gown
  • Menu tasting, and confirmation on banquet menu
1 week before the wedding
  • Check the wedding ceremony procedure and associated elements
