The much anticipated arrival of Chef Lee Wolen, Chef de Cuisine of The Lobby
, has finally arrived. The Peninsula Chicago is excited to welcome Chef Wolen to complete The Lobby’s amazing team. Chef Wolen previously worked at Eleven Madison Park in New York City, a three-star Michelin restaurant.
Creating balanced dishes, in a contemporary American style, Chef Wolen is always discovering new ways to make food look and taste delicious. His biggest goal is to ensure that flavor always comes first.
Chef Wolen and the entire Lobby team have skillfully created a multitude of new menu enhancements and flavorful dishes using seasonal ingredients.
