US$99 per person, per day 

Winter Meetings Were Never So Rewarding Inclusions:

  • Complimentary meeting space
  • Full American Breakfast served in the meeting room
  • Two tea/coffee refreshment breaks including selected snacks
  • Customized lunch inclusive of unlimited soft drinks, juices or iced tea
  • Use of main meeting room (8:00 am until 5:00 pm) and flip-chart
  • Complimentary wired and wireless internet access
  • 10% discount on Audio-Visual equipment
  • Complimentary IT technician for two hours
  • Complimentary use of Business Centre, accessible 24 hours a day
  • 5% credit on the master bill for the overall meeting package

Exclusive room rates starting from US $345 per room, per night include:

  • Accommodation in a Deluxe Room
  • Welcome amenity and beverage upon arrival
  • Complimentary local calls and in-room wired and wireless Internet access 
  • Use of Spa facilities, fitness centre and Roof Garden swimming pool
  • Pressing of two garments per day
  • One complimentary guest room upgrade per 10 room nights occupied, based on availability
  • Once complimentary guest room, per 25 room nights occupied
  • 10% discount on Spa treatments

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15 guest rooms are required

Validity:

  • From 1 November 2011 to 28 April 2012 

Terms and Conditions:

  • Rate is for a full day meeting and subject to 8.75% sales tax per person, per day
  • Bookings must be guaranteed by a valid credit card and a 50% non-refundable advance deposit is required, with the remaining balance charged five days prior to the event 
  • The 5% credit will be rebated on settlement of the master bill. 
  • Any cancellations are subject to regular cancellation policy made before the event and will be charged at full rate (8:00 am until 5:00 pm) 
  • This offer is not valid for existing meeting bookings 
  • This offer cannot be combined with other promotions 
  • In case of any dispute, the hotel reserves the right to make the final decision
