Young Pastry Chefs Academy

The Peninsula Beverly Hills invites your children into the hotel’s Pastry Shop to learn the fine (and fun) art of baking. Our Executive Pastry Chef Romain Lenoir discovered his love of cooking as a young boy, observing his mother in the kitchen. He brings his enthusiasm and passion for pastry to the Peninsula Young Pastry Chefs Academy, and hopes to inspire children to explore the kitchen and discover the joy of baking.
Our Young Pastry Chefs Academy is a unique culinary experience offering hands-on baking classes to youngsters in a safe environment that encourages discovery and creativity. As a part of the experience, Young Chefs will receive a monogrammed chef's coat, apron, chef's hat and recipes to take home – plus their picture with the Pastry Chef in a Peninsula bear frame.
