Herb dishes at Huang Ting

Starting in September 2012, diners at Huang Ting can enjoy a delicately prepared menu of 14 herb dishes, for both lunch and dinner.

Medicinal herbs can aid circulation, kidney and adrenal system functions, and assist in digestion and the assimilation of nutrients. Chinese herbs also have detoxifying and anti-inflammatory properties, which can help in maintaining a healthy body. Recommended dishes include:

  • Marinated dates with He Shou Wu and Osmanthus
  • Braised chicken in Chinese rice wine with Angelica and Chuan Qiong
  • Braised bean curd stick with Huai Shan and lotus seeds   

The new herb menu covers seven categories and includes cold appetizers, soups, seafood, pork, beef, poultry and vegetables. Guests may choose a purely herbal meal or order dishes from our regular à la carte menu.
