Leigh Li has been with The Peninsula Beijing since 1997, during which time she became one of the first few women Concierges to be awarded the Clefs d’Or. Leigh started as Guest Relations Officer, and then worked her way up in Rooms Division and recently she was appointed as Chief Concierge of The Peninsula Beijing. Leigh’s wealth of China knowledge and her outstanding service attitude has earned her numerous compliments from guests and respect from peers. She was chosen as Supervisor of The Year in 2002 and identified as one of the key staff members to be sent to The Peninsula Hong Kong for cross exposure in 2004.
