  • Mr Donald J Harrington
    General Manager
    Mr Harrington has been General Manager of The Peninsula Beijing since 2000. Before he joined The Peninsula Hotels, he has held various senior management positions at top hotels in New York, San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, Tokyo and South Africa.
  • Mr Vincent Pimont
    Resident Manager
    Vincent Pimont was promoted to Resident Manager of The Peninsula Beijing in May 2010 after serving as Director of Rooms since 2007. A French national, he has over 18 years' experience in the hospitality industry, including a luxury cruise line, a theme park and five-star properties in Paris, New York, Orlando, Venice and Bora Bora.
  • Mr Shane Jolly
    Director of Rooms
    Mr Shane Jolly has over 15 years’ experience in luxury hotels and has held various positions in Rooms Division. Shane had worked in the city of Beijing since 2007 before joining as Director of Rooms of The Peninsula Beijing in September 2010.
  • Ms Leigh Li
    Chief Concierge
    Ms Li joined The Peninsula Beijing since 1996, during which she became one of the first few women Concierges to be awarded the Clefs d’Or. Ms Li started as a Guest Relations Officer in The Club in the early 90’s, and then worked her way up in the Rooms Division until the appointment as Chief Concierge of The Peninsula Beijing in 2007.
  • Ms Angel Sun
    Director of Events
    Ms Sun began her career at The Peninsula Beijing in the early 1990s. She was appointed to her current job as Director of Events in 2010. Ms Sun now leads the team, assisting guests with weddings, parties, meetings and more
  • Mr Martin Rohde
    Director of Food and Beverage
    Mr Rohde joined the hotel in May 2009 and has worked very hard throughout his tenure, making many contributions. Before joining The Peninsula Beijing, he was Assistant Food and Beverage Director at The Peninsula Tokyo.
  • Mr Xu Chi Ping
    Executive Chef
    A native of Shanghai, Chef Xu began his career with The Peninsula in Chicago in 2007, following various key culinary positions in five-star hotels in Chicago and London. Before moving to Beijing, Chef Xu joined The Peninsula Shanghai as part of the pre-opening team as Executive Sous Chef in 2009.
  • Mr Jeremy Brook
    Director of Marketing
    With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, Mr Brook has previously held Marketing and Sales positions in cities such as London, Sydney, Phuket and Bali. He was appointed Director of Marketing of The Peninsula New York in September 2008. He joined The Peninsula Hotels in 2007, as Director of Marketing of The Peninsula Beijing and come back to Beijing in July 2011.
  • Ms Louise Napier
    Director of Commercial Operations (China)
    Ms Napier joined The Peninsula Beijing in 1997 as Commercial Manager. In 2007, she was appointed as Director of Commercial Operations (China) and oversees leasing and operation of The Peninsula Arcade in Beijing and in Shanghai (opening in 2009).
  • Ms Cathie Yang
    Director of Public Relations
    Ms Yang joint The Peninsula Beijing in August 2011. She has been working in the hotel industry for over seven years and has extensive working experience in public relations for several international hotels.
  • Mr Linus Wong
    Director of Human Resources
    Mr Wong joined The Peninsula Beijing in December 2011. He has twenty years of work experience in Human Resources and worked in several international hotel groups in Hong Kong and Shanghai prior to joining The Peninsula Beijing.
