Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage follows ancient traditions, handed down through the ages. It incorporates elements of mindfulness, gentle rocking, deep yogic stretching, breathing and rhythmic compressions. In a meditative manner using thumb, palm, forearm and foot pressure, your skilled therapist will stretch and manipulate pressure points and meridians to balance the flow of energy within the body, elongate the muscles and release deep-seated tension. The result is an enhanced sense of well-being, clarity and improved physical flexibility (Loose garments are provided as no oil is used for this massage).

Oriental Life Dance
A therapeutic massage with free flowing techniques to release tension in muscles and joints. The skin softening body scrub and facila cleanse are followed by body rocking and rotational movements with hot stones and warm ESPA body oils to de-stress and calm.

A deeply relaxing Oriental head massage leads into body stretching and rebalancing. Experience the release of muscle tension, greater movement and renewed energy level.

Thai Inspired
A traditional experience using stimulating and therapeutic techniques to release muscle tension and energise the body. The body is softened with a full exfoliation before a muscle melting massage using oil and warm herbal compresses. An aromatic infusion of Thai herbs including lemongrass and ginger is used to cleanse and energise the body. A personalised envelopment of marine mud, algae or oshadi is applied while an acupressure point head massage completes this invigorating treatment.

The Treatment Experience
The ESPA salt and oil body scrub stimulates circulation and renews vigour before warm ESPA oils are poured onto the body and hot volcanic stones are used for the intensive body massage. Herbal concentrates blended with heated body masks of Oshadi clay, marine algae or mud are smoothed on and the body cocooned in natural linens. The herbs and oils continue to penetrate deeply and ultimate peace of mind is achieved with a luxurious Ayurvedic Head massage.

Pitta Pacifier
In a state of high Pitta, stressed minds and bodies may be over active and agitated, and benefit from soothing, cooling and calming. This treatment will bring calm to the mind, reduce muscular tension and cool and soothe the skin.

Kapha Stimulator
In a state of Kapha, the skin may be dull or oily; there is a tendency to puffiness and weight gain and negative reaction to humidity and dampness. Balance is retrieved through purification and stimulation to improve energising circulation of the body.

Vata Comforter
Dry skin, anxiety, hyper-activity and poor circulation are present when Vata is out of balance. The warmth, nourishment, and comfort of this treatment will restore balance.


Ayurvedic Influence
A truly personal experience, each ceremony is created to meet the specific needs of the moment.  A tri-doshic herbal tea infusion and foot cleansing ritual begin the ceremony.

Purva Karma Four-hand Synchronised Massage

An ideal experience for those who find it difficult to unwind. TO begin, one therapist will carry out the welcome foot ritual, boday exfoliation and facial cleanse. Two therepists then connect to commence the four handed, tension releasing body massage. Using advanced combinations of stretching, rolling movements and long deep strokes, this treatment features the pouring of warm oil and use of hot stones, finishing with a therapeutic head massage to achieve total relaxation.

Chakra Balancing With Volcanic Stones

A perfect treatment to relieve deep-seated tension and muscular stress. Skin brushing, exfoliation and an ESPA facial cleanse begin the treatment. The body is massaged with blended aromatherapy oils and Ayurvedic infusions, combined with the use of hot stones to release tension, working on the vital energy points and chakras around the body. This treatment ends with a deeply soothing head massage to relieve stress from mind and body.

Ama Releasing Abhyanga

This treatment is ideal for those experiencing high levels of stress or poor sleep patterns. The body is exfoliated with a salt and oil body scrub before a gentle facial cleanse. After a shower, the Ayurvedic marma points massage uses a warm infusion of oils and herbs.

Padabhyanga

This traditional Indian foot ritual serves to wash away the pressures and problems of the day with bathing and exfoliation, before continuing with a deeply therapeutic foot and lower leg massage with specific blends of warm Ayurvedic oil. This is the perfect prelude to every treatment.

These speciality treatments have been designed with specific targets in mind. Pre- and Post-natal treatment is a luxury indulgences to aid in relaxation during this special time. To address other areas of concern are the Anti-cellulite Hip and Thigh and the Deep-cleansing Back Massage.

Pre- and Post-natal Treatment

This total body treatment has been carefully designed for those who are expecting or have just had a baby. Taking account of all contra-indications, this treatment avoids the use of essential oils and is a luxurious treat using a Calendula infused oil, Pink Clay Mud and various nourishing creams with advanced massage techniques to safe areas. This treatment improves the tonicity and comfort of the skin and creates a sense of total relaxation.

Stimulating Hip and Thigh Treatment
Duration: 50 minutes / Price: THB 2,700
A specialised treatment to stimulate the circulation and lymphatic systems, concentrating on the areas of the body prone to cellulite, fluid retention and uneven skin tone. Following exfoliation with a special blend of seaweed, salt and oil, a deep, detoxifying massage and lymphatic drainage techniques using stimulating essentail oils help to purify and cleanse the body. Relavant reflex zones and pressure points on the feet are then activated to leave you feeling totally revitalised. A course of treatments is recommended to maximise the effects.

Deep-cleansing Back Massage

The back retains tension absorbed from stress in the shoulders, neck, head and spine. This area is deep cleansed, body brushed and exfoliated to help stimulate circulation and cell renewal, then calmed and relaxed with a luxurious aromatherapy massage and mud mask. Lower legs and feet receive a deeply relaxing massage while the mask takes effect. A quick, complete life-saver ideal for problematic skin.
