Chinese Wedding

6 - 12 months before the wedding
  • Select an auspicious day for the wedding 
  • Decide on the banqueting style, venue and time; make reservations for the hotel restaurant 
  • Take wedding photos 
  • Health check
4 - 5 months before the wedding
  • Draft invitation list along with the couple’s parents, and select invitation card 
  • Shop for wedding gown 
  • Decide on the wedding menu (Chinese or Western menu)
2 - 3 months before the wedding
  • Choose a photographer and /or videographer 
  • Decide on make-up and hair stylist for the wedding day
1 month before the wedding
  • Prepare final list of guests and party attendees 
  • Seating arrangements for the wedding day 
  • Send out wedding invitations 
  • Final fitting on wedding gowns
2 weeks before the wedding
  • Menu tasting and confirmation of  menu

1 week before the wedding
  • Verify the wedding ceremony procedures and all other necessities

  • ENJOY YOUR SPECIAL DAY!!!

Thai Wedding

6 - 12 months before the wedding
  • Bride and groom determine the auspicious date to have the Thai wedding ceremony 
  • Ring ceremony, consult fortune-teller to determine auspicious date and time for ceremony 
  • Select venue 
  • Draft invitation list
2 - 5 months before the wedding
  • Send out invitations 
  • For big invitation cards, include every detail such as Thai Wedding Pouring, Ring Ceremony and Wedding Party afterwards 
  • For small invitation cards, mention the Thai Wedding Ceremony 
  • Invite nine monks for Monk Ceremony at the bride or groom’s house 
  • Prepare monks food offering 
  • Select wedding dress or design Thai wedding dress or Thai costume
1 month before the wedding
  • Select Thai song as background music during the ceremony
  • Go to spa for Aromatherapy massage for bride and groom

1 week before the wedding
  • Prepare body and mind for the big day ahead
